On 31st of October nineteen alumni celebrated Halloween at the roller skate place. Alumni with Halloween costumes impressed other people who were at the roller hall. Halloween spirit was felt all day because after roller skate alumni went to One More Friend organization, where other foreign guest, alumni of other programs and our alumni celebrated Halloween. We’ve had costume contest where our alumni won it. Then contest with making Halloween pumpkins. After this there were band plays, games and movie. This day was enjoyed by everyone.

On October 30th eight alumni conducted Halloween celebration with children at Voenno-Antonovka orphanage house. Specifically for this event alumni prepared performance with the sense of a fairy tale.

On 23rd of October nineteen FLEX Alumni had brownies night at one of the alumna’s house. As a traditional event of Kyrgyzstan FLEX Alumni brownies night is a fundraising event.

On October 20th six alumni went to the rehabilitation center where they met with families survived from earthquake that happened recently in Osh. There were mothers and their children, who just left hospitals and now staying at this rehabilitation center for a few weeks before they can go back to their home place.

On October 18th Aizat Jakybalieva’07 hold a re-entry seminar for alumni in Osh. Even though there are few alumni in this region, they enjoyed gathering together. New alumni shared their US experiences, stories with other older alumni. They also shared some ideas about future events in Osh. Also alumni talked about presentations during the recruitment at high schools of Osh
