This website is a forum to discuss and explain the amazing program called Flexible Scheduling at Seaholm High School or Flex for short. Flex is an innovative, interdisciplinary, integrative program that has lasted for xx years and has influenced countless lives.
With an amazing curriculum spanning important global, historical and social questions and an extremely dedicated group of teachers, Flex is a remarkable high school program that is far ahead of its time.

How has your life been influenced by Flex?
On this website, we share the answers we received via an informal survey and work to create an online seminar to discuss what makes this program so special. Our aim is to strongly encourage those in the Birmingham Public School System to continue to support Flex teachers and students and to recognize the remarkable achievements of the program in changing lives.
